Exemption Clause for Convertri Rolodex

This Exemption Clause ("Clause") is a legally binding agreement between Convertri, hereinafter referred to as the "Company," and all users, hereinafter referred to as "Users," of the Company's job board platform, hereinafter referred to as the "Platform." By accessing and using the Platform, Users agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained within this Clause.

1. No Liability for User Transactions

The Company provides the Platform solely as a venue for Users to connect and interact with each other for the purpose of job listings, hiring, and employment. The Company shall not be considered a party to any transaction, agreement, or dispute between Users that may arise from the use of the Platform. Therefore, the Company explicitly disclaims any liability for any loss, damage, or harm that may occur as a result of such transactions, agreements, or disputes.

2. No Responsibility for Payments and Terms

The Company takes no responsibility for any financial transactions, payments, wages, or compensation agreements entered into between Users, whether they are employers or job seekers. Users are solely responsible for negotiating and agreeing upon the terms and conditions of their interactions, including but not limited to employment contracts, job offers, salaries, benefits, and any other financial arrangements. The Company shall have no obligation to mediate or resolve any disputes arising from such agreements.

3. No Warranty or Guarantee

The Company makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, suitability, or availability of the information, listings, content, or services provided through the Platform. Users acknowledge that they use the Platform at their own risk and that the Company does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any job opportunities, profiles, or content posted by Users.

4. Release and Indemnity

Users agree to release and hold the Company harmless from any and all claims, demands, actions, liabilities, costs, or expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or in connection with any disputes, agreements, or transactions between Users. Users further agree to indemnify the Company against any losses or damages suffered by the Company as a result of any such claims.

5. Governing Law

This Clause shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Clause or the use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United Kingdom.

6. Severability

If any provision of this Clause is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from this Clause, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

By accessing and using the Platform, Users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of this Exemption Clause. Users further acknowledge that this Clause constitutes the entire agreement between them and the Company regarding the use of the Platform and supersedes all prior agreements, whether written or oral.
